Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for services provided by Wizda Solutions.
Project Cancellation
A project may be cancelled by either the client or Wizda Solutions by providing written notice. If a project is cancelled by the client, any deposits made are non-refundable. If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment for all hours worked up to the point of cancellation.
Refunds for Services
Due to the nature of our services (custom development and consulting), we do not offer refunds on services that have already been rendered. Payments are for time and effort invested. If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to discuss the issue with our team so we can find a mutually agreeable solution.
Hardware and Third-Party Products
For any hardware or third-party software products purchased through us, the refund and warranty policies of the original manufacturer or vendor will apply. We will assist you in processing any claims, but we are not directly responsible for these refunds or replacements.
